Since the WISPA Educational Institute mirrors WISPA’s governance, Directors and Officers serve in the same capacity in both organizations. WISPA’s nine-seat Board of Directors is comprised of, and elected by, WISPA members. Directors serve staggered three-year terms and elect WEI’s Officers. The Board meets on a quarterly basis and provides guidance to WEI’s Executive Director.
